About Meredith
Meredith is a Reiki Master who is passionate about helping others discover their true authentic selves and the bright light that is within us all. She is deeply devoted to the path of healing and enlightenment. Forever a student of life, the Universe and many additional spiritual modalities including intuitive development, the Akashic Records, past life regression, animal communication, mediumship, channeling, tarot and more.
My Story
Through my own healing and spiritual journey, I discovered Reiki and saw my life entirely transform. Habits and beliefs that no longer served me fell away, I replaced the stories on repeat in my mind with words of empowerment and love, I learned an ancient healing modality that gave me a sense of peace and comfort moving through the world. I dived deeper and deeper, with Reiki becoming a way of life, not just a practice. I began studying Reiki in 2022 and became a Usui Reiki Master in 2024. I have since completed three Usui Reiki Master trainings under three different teachers. One of which is Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki. I am also a Karuna Reiki® Master. I continue to dive deeper and will forever be a student. Helping others has always been one of my deepest callings. It would be an honor to support you on your path.
